Photos: Rasai Rolls Out Fun Sensory Experience

Rasai is mixing things up in Fremont. The popular restaurant just revealed it latest take on traditional Indian cuisine with a 7 course tasting menu.

What can diners expect when they nestle into the cozy environs of Rasai?  A fun sensory experience with global techniques and influences typically not associated with Desi Indian flavors, according to Jeet Singh, the creative and concept director at Rasai.

The 7 course meal is finished off with a dessert called Popstar Mukh-Was. It’s a fun dish, indeed – popcorn truffle, popping candies, fennel, anise, mint, and rock sugar. The six other courses leading up to it are equally imaginative – which you can find out more about at rasaiwa.com.
