Where to Watch Chef Shota Nakajima Tonight on Top Chef

Seattle, tonight is the night you may cheer on locally based, but nationally lauded and much loved chef Shota Nakajima during the Top Chef season 18  premiere airing tonight at 8:00 p.m.

Shota was the chef/owner of the fine dining restaurant Adana and currently owns Taku a snacky kinda bar currently shuttered due to COVID. He’s been recognized by the James Beard Awards, local magazines and national food festivals. 

If you haven’t haven’t had the pleasure of putting his food in your mouth be sure to put Taku on your wish list. 

Meanwhile, since Taku is in ‘quarantine,’ order some takeaway and watch from home or grab a brew and a bite at Queen Anne Beer Hall who will be airing the show at 8:00 p.m. tonight and through the run of the series.

Queen Anne Beer Hall will be running happy hour specials tonight and every week before the viewing from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. including $10 liters of drafting their delectable pretzels for just 7 bucks.
