Tarsan i Jane, renowned for its other-worldly paella, pivots this weekend with its XITA pop-up. It’s a welcome pivot for those looking to enhance their BBQ season with some of the best wood fired burgers in town.

For the next three weekends, Tarsan i Jane is offering a special menu of grilled classics for pick up service.

Here’s what you have to look forward to.

XITA’s Classic Burger

This 6 oz burger made from Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef comes with Tillamook aged-cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, secret sauce, and pickles served on a Macrina brioche bun.

XITA’s BBQ Bacon Burger

This 6 oz burger made from Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef comes with Tails & Trotters’ hazelnut-finished bacon, house-made BBQ sauce, Tillamook aged cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions served on a Macrina brioche bun.

XITA’s Pork Dream Sando

This sandwich comes with 6 oz of sliced acorn-fed ibérico shoulder, Tails & Trotters’ hazelnut-finished bacon, kimchi, Tillamook aged cheddar cheese, and  a secret sauce served on a Macrina brioche bun.

XITA’s Picnic Pack

This picnic spread includes four of XITA’s Classic Burgers, two bags of Spanish black truffle flavored potato chips, and four of XITA’s Sweet Treats – chamomile pudding and espresso gelée-like affogato.

If you are looking to wash down those burgers with a cool beverage, Tarsan i Jane has you covered. Beverages with a kick include neighborhood brewery Bad Jimmy’s Blood Orange Honey Wheat and its Imperial IPA. Non-alcoholic drinks can be ordered up including San Pellegrino Aranciata or Mexican Coca Cola.

Add-ons, like Spanish black truffle flavored potato chips, sliced Cinco Jotas acorn-fed Iberian ham, or a jar of assorted spicy Spanish pickles are also available.
