As the Seattle Mariners prepare for Opening Day on March 27, fans have much more than just baseball to look forward to at T-Mobile Park. The team and their hospitality partner Sodexo Live! have unveiled an impressive new food lineup for the 2025 season, including special player-inspired dishes and the debut of teriyaki in the stadium.

Player-Inspired Favorites

This season builds on last year’s popular player-themed menu items with three standout offerings honoring Mariners legends past and present:

For newly elected Hall of Famer Ichiro Suzuki, fans can enjoy Ichi Wings at the Walk-Off Market (section 105), featuring the exact teriyaki and sesame glaze recipe created for Ichiro in the clubhouse kitchen. Nakagawa Sushi (section 132) also offers the IchiRoll, a delicious combination of salmon, crab salad, avocado, cucumber, green onion, fried onion, and sriracha.

Fans of Cal Raleigh can sample the cleverly named “Lil’ Dumpers” at Walk-Off Market locations (sections 105, 141) – steamed pork soup dumplings served with sesame and hoisin sauce that play off the catcher’s “Big Dumper” nickname.

The King’s Court tradition continues with the King’s Court Turkey Leg (section 144), honoring former pitching ace Félix Hernández. These hearty turkey legs, once delivered to lucky fans in the King’s Court section during Félix’s reign, are now available to all fans wanting to dine like royalty.

Stadium Firsts and Fan Favorites

Among the most anticipated new offerings is the Turn Two Teriyaki Chicken Bowl – marking the first time teriyaki has been served at T-Mobile Park. Available at Walk-Off Markets (sections 105, 141), this dish features teriyaki-glazed chicken thighs on white rice with pickled daikon and carrot, created in collaboration with chef Kenji Lopez-Alt.

The 2025 season also introduces the Tridents Up Cup, a souvenir cup designed specifically for Mariners fans. This 32-ounce cup works with all ballpark beverages and features the team’s iconic trident logo, perfect for fans looking to show their team spirit while staying hydrated.

Expanding Options

The new Mariners Food menu items join an already impressive lineup of local partners including returning favorites like Moto Pizza, Ivar’s, and Kidd Valley, as well as newcomers Great State Burger, Sumo Dog, and Nakagawa Sushi.

The Mariners have also expanded the Value Menu to its largest offering yet, ensuring fans can enjoy quality food options at various price points.

Whether you’re craving the new teriyaki chicken bowl, looking to dine like your favorite player, or sipping from the custom Tridents Up Cup, T-Mobile Park’s 2025 food lineup promises to be a home run for fans throughout the season.
