Legent Bourbon is hosting a one night pop-up in Seattle on Tuesday, October 19.

Seattle bourbon lovers will have a chance to attend an Omakase-inspired cocktail event at an intimate cocktail lounge located in the Amazon Spheres. The lucky imbibers will be treated to an array of cocktails mixed by Julia Momose of Chicago’s Kumiko, and by Seattle talent Ramon Clark and Jen O’Neil of Sea Creatures.

Better yet, these cocktails will be created for guests’ palates based on the pre-event taste survey that you fill out when entering.

The night promises to be charged with an East meets West vibe since Legent bourbon was created through a collaboration between Jim Beam and the founding house of Japanese whisky, Suntory.

Selected guests will be treated to three courses of cocktails featuring this bourbon collab. And, light American fare with Japanese inspiration will be offered to enjoy with the cocktails.

Seattle joins only three other cities (New York, Dallas, and Chicago) for a chance to sit in on this type of event. So bourbon lovers – don’t miss this opportunity.

If this sounds like your kind of night, you can get in on the fun and register HERE for a chance to attend the 8:30 pm seating. Good luck!
