The chocolate gods continue to smile upon Seattle as cocopop! rolls into town this week. Promising an immersive, chocolate-centric event, cocopop! picks up where the Northwest Chocolate Festival left off.   Even better, indulging in your passion for chocolate at cocopop! will benefit local not-for-profit Northwest Harvest.

cocopop! is the brainchild behind the creatives of Seattle Chocolate’s sister brand, jcoco. This one-night-only event is billed as multi-sensory, so expect plenty of instagramable moments along with your chocolate. Activations will be set up to test your affinity toward the bright or dark side of the cocoa bean.

The kid in me can’t wait to see what the giant jcoco ball pit has to offer. The pit, inspired by jcoco’s Prism Collection (the bright side) and its newly launched Dark Collection is like one big chocolate playground for adults. I already know where I land – sign me up for the Black Fig Pistachio with 72% cacao.

Also for the kid in all of us, cocopop! will be spinning chocolate cotton candy and torching S’more sundaes. Add a glitter bombing station into the mix and you’re set for a festive night celebrating locally made chocolates.

If your sweet tooth needs a rest, there will be savory bites throughout the night reflecting  jcoco’s epicurean-inspired bar flavors. And, there will be chocolate-inspired drinks (this is a 21+ event,) because you can never have too much chocolate in your life.

And, if you still need a little jolt after all of that, The Flavr Blue will be on hand to energize the room and help you dance off those extra turkey day calories. See you there!
