What to Eat at Seattle Kraken Games This Season

With preseason in the books and the official opening night puck drop right around the corner, Kraken fans already have a sense of what the team will bring to the ice. But while the team is focused on scoring goals, fans have another pressing concern: what’s worth eating inside Climate Pledge Arena. We’ve sized up the concessions, headed by executive chef Molly DeMers, so you can power through game night with the right food and drink, no penalties attached.
The most buzzed-about addition is a true first: fresh oyster shucking right on the main concourse. It is believed to be the only oyster bar of its kind in a general admissions area at a U.S. sports venue. It is a clear nod to Seattle’s seafood roots and a chance for fans to add a little slurp to their snack game between shifts.
One of the big trades this season is the arrival of Pike Place Market’s Piroshky Piroshky. The beloved women-owned bakery steps in for Noodle Nirvana, bringing Beef and Potato Piroshky, Smoked Salmon Pate Piroshky, Potato and Cheese Piroshky, and a Chocolate Cream Hazelnut Roll to the arena. These handhelds are built for game-day speed, perfect for a grab-and-go bite before the next faceoff.
Throughout the Arena
In Section 11, Uptown Grill has been rebranded as Sound Bytes. The core menu stays put, but new items hit the ice, including the Royal Ranch Cheese Steak and a rotating seasonal dish that will keep things fresh.
Another highlight is Chefs Table on the main concourse near Sections 24 and 25. This stand rotates six times during the season, spotlighting some of Seattle’s best food concepts. The opening lineup is Barrio Bowls, offering cauliflower or cilantro-lime rice bases, proteins, and toppings. Each rotation is set to keep fans coming back for another taste.
Across the arena, new dishes keep the depth chart strong. Bavarian Meats serves The Arena Dog, topped with short rib, crispy onions, and horseradish crème. Poke Pop offers Ahi Tuna Bowls, Spam Musubi, and seasonal oysters. Impossible Test Kitchen debuts a vegan chili with cornbread. Molly D’s Burgers (always as sure as an empty netter) plays up nostalgia with a Crispy Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich using local berry jam. Add mozzarella sticks at Sound Pizza, quesadillas at District 334, and a mix of boards and snacks at Byte Coolers, and the lineup covers every craving from defense to offense.
Drink Responsibly and Sustainably
Drinks are also in the spotlight this year. Fans can now carry cocktails to their seats without missing a single shift. These specialty drinks go hard into the boards and include Kraken Water with rum and coconut cream, Sea Monster Mai Tai, Drop the Gloves cherry limeade vodka mix, and the PNW Palmer spiked tea. Whiskey lovers get the High Stick and Power Play, while tequila and mezcal fans can grab the Market Margarita or Fire + Ice.
Sustainability stays in the game as well. The arena now uses reusable cups for beer, wine, and liquor. Fans drop them into bins after the final horn, and they are cleaned, sanitized, and cycled back for the next round.
From the first puck drop to the final horn, Climate Pledge Arena isn’t just home ice advantage for the team, it’s home ice advantage for Kraken fans food scene too.
