Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures have unveiled the first trailer for Do Not Enter, a supernatural horror thriller based on David Morrell’s bestselling novel Creepers. The film follows a group of young urban explorers who break into a long-abandoned New Jersey hotel in search of a rumored $300 million fortune — only to discover they’re not alone.

Directed by Stephen Susco (The Grudge, Unfriended: Dark Web), and produced by Suretone’s Jordan Schur, Do Not Enter blends found-footage tension with classic haunted house scares. The Paragon Hotel, once a symbol of opulence, now plays host to rival treasure hunters, ghostly entities, and one very long night of terror.

Adeline Rudolph (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Mortal Kombat 2) stars as Diane, the leader of the group. Nicholas Hamilton, known for his turn as Henry Bowers in IT, plays Tod. Francesca Reale (Stranger Things) and Jake Manley (The Order) co-star as Cora and Rick, while Laurence O’Fuarain (The Witcher: Blood Origin, Game of Thrones) plays Frank Balenger, a man with ties to the hotel’s dark past.

The cast also includes Kai Caster (Yellowstone), Shane Paul McGhie (Unbelievable), and Brennan Keel Cook (The Pale Blue Eye). Genre mainstay Javier Botet appears as the Pale Creature, adding to his resume of terrifying characters in The Conjuring, Insidious, and IT.

Do Not Enter positions itself as a hybrid of digital-age thrill-seeking and old-school horror as the group of explorers — who call themselves the Creepers — livestream their exploits from abandoned spaces, turning danger into clicks. But when their latest destination turns deadly, they’re forced to confront more than just viewers and views. No release date has been announced.
