SXSW has put the call out for speakers for its 2025 conference.

Looking for innovators and thought leaders, SXSW is taking proposals via PanelPicker. The application window opens Tuesday, June 25th and closes on Sunday, July 21st.

What is SXSW looking for?

SXSW has given us a peek into what some of the Track Leads they are eager to see:

Future Focus: Dive into strategic foresight, explore the future of AI, and examine the role of technology in climate change solutions.
Industry Insights: Offer practical advice for creators, analyze upcoming marketing challenges, or propose innovative solutions for clean energy storage.
Tech Trends: Discuss the rise of generative AI in gaming, delve into 3D audio advancements, or explore the impact of recent tech industry layoffs on entrepreneurship.
Social Issues: Facilitate discussions on fostering respectful conversations in a divided world, or analyze the implications of ongoing legislation surrounding reproductive healthcare.
Creative Process: Highlight the influence of emerging technology on filmmaking, screenwriting, and fashion design.

These are just a few examples. SXSW welcomes proposals on a wide array of topics.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, or just curious about the process, SXSW is holding a special edition of Tacos & Topics in Austin on Thursday, June 27th at 8:00 AM CT. If you can’t make it in person, they will also have an Ask Me Anything session on the same day at 11:00 AM CT.

PanelPicker Office Hours are also available on July 9th, 11th, 15th, 17th, and 19th.

The fest always draws some of the top speakers from around the country and this is your opportunity to be a part of SXSW 2025.
