ZooTunes is Going The Distance This Summer, From Cake to The Roots

ZooTunes is gearing up for its annual concerts of summer fare with Cake, The Roots and other reliable jams.

There has been a recent roster of mega outdoor fests making plans to hit up the Seattle area this summer.  But for those looking for a more laid back experience, ZooTunes should hit the perfect note.

The recently announced line-up has plenty of crowd-pleasing acts that will take to the stage at Woodland Park Zoo. Indigo Girls, Neko Case and Andrew Bird will strike a cozy chord with many past and present fans.

The Roots will no doubt have people off their blankets and on their feet. While plenty of heads will be rocking to the lyrics from Cake.

Tickets for this popular Seattle summer fest series tend to sell quickly. In addition to Cake, The Roots and others, ZooTunes promises to announce more acts for its summer line-up.
